Tonia Blades

Tonia Blades has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of People and Culture at the National Quality Forum since July 2008. Prior roles at NQF include Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Consultant. Tonia's earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at Ingenium Corporation from March 2006 to June 2008 and serving as a Senior Personnel Technician at Stockton Unified School District from November 2001 to October 2005.
