Zuhair Haleem

Zuhair Haleem, PhD, MHA, is a seasoned professional in health services research and quality measurement. Currently serving as Manager of Quality Measurement at the National Quality Forum since November 2023, Zuhair oversees the development and validation of outcome measures and fosters collaboration among various stakeholders. Prior experience includes a consulting role with The Menges Group, facilitating Medicaid RFPs, and a doctoral candidacy at the University of Florida, where Zuhair published research and contributed to teaching and curriculum development. Previous roles also encompass Lean Specialist at Inova Health System, Research Assistant positions at Virginia Health Care Foundation and VCU Health, and impactful volunteer work as an EMT. Zuhair holds a PhD in Public Health from the University of Florida, an MHA from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a BS in Biology from George Mason University.
