Rachel Franks

Rachel Franks has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Rachel worked as a Sales Engineer at NationBuilder in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at FluentStream where they held multiple roles. First, they were a Client Success Manager from February 2021 to June 2022. Before that, they worked as a Tier 2 Support from September 2020 to January 2021 and as a Tier 1 Support Agent from March 2020 to August 2020 where they efficiently solved customer problems and led the support team.

Earlier in their career, Rachel worked at the Golden State Warriors as an Account Executive from 2017 to 2019 and as a Ticket Sales Representative in 2016. Rachel also worked as an Athletic Department Tutor at the University of San Francisco in 2016, as a Server at True Food Kitchen in 2015, as a Sports Intern at WSLS Newschannel 10 from 2014 to 2015, and as an In Shop at Jimmy John's from 2013 to 2015. In addition, they worked at Collegiate Times as a Sports Writer and Summer Sports Editor from 2013 to 2015. Rachel also gained experience as a Sports Director at VTTV Channel from 2011 to 2015 and as a Media Relations Intern at Virginia Tech in 2013.

Rachel Franks completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Virginia Tech from 2011 to 2015. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Sports Management at the University of San Francisco from 2016 to 2017.
