Ricky Der is an experienced customer service and tech support professional with a diverse background in management and network marketing. Currently serving as a Lead Customer Service/Tech Specialist at Nations Photo Lab since June 2018, Ricky has previously held positions such as Tier 2 Customer Service/Tech Specialist. Prior experience includes working as an Inbound Support Service Representative at Amazon Fulfillment Center and as a Vemma Affiliate, promoting health and nutritional products. Ricky also has a strong foundation in inventory and merchandise management from roles at Wawa, Inc., where responsibilities included inventory control, customer safety, and team management.
