Grant Williams has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles, starting as a Leadership and Education Consultant at Theta Chi Fraternity International Headquarters in 1994. Grant went on to work as a Recruiter at Randstad, Senior Technical Recruiter at Data Management and Staff Recruiters, Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at McKesson Technology Solutions, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant focusing on Product Management at Fiserv. Grant later became the Owner and Senior Technical Recruiter at The I.T. Connection, Inc., where they managed full-cycle technical recruiting for IT personnel. Before taking on their current role as the Director of Professional and Executive Talent Acquisition at NationsBenefits, Grant worked at Change Healthcare as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and Director of Executive Recruitment. Throughout their career, Grant has demonstrated expertise in attracting, identifying, and onboarding professionals across various functions, including executive leadership, engineering, product management, and artificial intelligence.
