Ming Ouyang

Ming Ouyang has a strong background in technology and finance, with significant experience in leadership roles at major companies. Ming started as a Software Engineer at China Telecom in 1998 before moving to ESS Technology as a Senior Software Engineer. Ming then joined PayPal, where they held various positions, including Director of Software Development and Senior Director of Software Development. Most recently, they worked at CITCON as VP of Data and System before taking on the role of VP, Architecture & Rules Platform, FinTech at NationsBenefits in 2023.

Ming Ouyang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University in 1996, followed by a Master's degree in the same field from the same institution in 1998.
