Srilakshmi Kanala

Srilakshmi Kanala is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product at NationsBenefits since July 2020, Srilakshmi previously held multiple positions within the same company, including Senior Product Manager and Product Manager. Prior to that, Srilakshmi worked at Puget Sound Energy as a Business Consultant, where notable projects included the deployment of a customer self-service digital channel that significantly reduced call volume. Previous experience also includes a role as Lead Business Analyst at Accenture, focusing on supply chain processes for a major aerospace client, and positions at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where Srilakshmi contributed to global operations and manufacturing initiatives. Srilakshmi holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from New York University and a Project Management certification from the University of Washington, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
