Aisha Lewis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Member Need Lead for the Moments That Matter initiative at Nationwide Building Society since April 2014. Aisha has held various leadership roles, including Chief Product Owner and Senior Programme Manager, where Aisha designed and delivered a significant culture and behaviour transformation programme. Aisha's expertise spans change management, project management, and customer experience enhancement, demonstrated through diverse positions such as Distribution Change Manager and Retail Implementation Consultant.
