Helen Tate is an experienced digital product manager with a strong focus on enhancing customer journeys and driving digital change in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Digital Lead Product Manager/Product Owner/Customer Journey Manager for Unsecured Lending at Nationwide Building Society since February 2014, Helen has been instrumental in optimizing the member journey and improving digital sales through insight-led strategies. Previous roles include Digital Product Owner for CRM/Loyalty Systems and Product Manager for Personal Loans at Nationwide, alongside significant experience at Legal & General and AXA, where responsibilities spanned digital propositions and marketing management in various capacities.
