Jim Gibbons

Jim Gibbons has extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Asset Backed Funding at Nationwide Building Society since January 2006. In this role, Gibbons oversees deal execution, programme management, and collateral management related to the Covered Bond Programme and UK RMBS. Previously, Gibbons held the position of Senior Manager in Capital Markets at Nationwide, focusing on long-term funding through issuance of senior unsecured debt and secured funding. Gibbons' career began at Dresdner Bank, where responsibilities included serving as K2 Treasurer, managing senior funding and market risk, and contributing to the establishment of treasury systems. Gibbons holds a BSc in Quantitative Economics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned from 1983 to 1987.
