Sheena Jacobs

Sheena Jacobs has over a decade of experience in the finance and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Mortgage Representative Team Manager at Nationwide Building Society since August 2013, where previous roles included Mortgage Consultant Team Manager. Prior to Nationwide, Sheena worked at TalkTalk as a Customer Retentions Manager from June 2007 to July 2012, and began their career as a Branch Manager at Going Places Ltd from September 2005 to May 2007. Sheena's educational background includes attending Weavers School from 1987 to 1992 and obtaining NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Loughborough Open University.
