Ann Michael

Ann Michael, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Ann started their career at Kuehnert Homes as a Program Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, and Live-in Home Manager. Ann then moved on to work at ViaQuest/SupportCare as an HR Manager and Office Manager. Following that, they joined ViaQuest, Inc. as a Training & Compliance Specialist. Ann later worked at Comfort Keepers as a Care Coordinator/Scheduler, where they provided non-medical, in-home, and hospice support for seniors and others. Ann then became a Human Resources Specialist at the Center of Vocational Alternatives (COVA). Currently, they are employed at Nationwide Children's Hospital as a Lead Talent Acquisition/On-Boarding Specialist. Overall, Ann brings a wealth of experience in HR and talent acquisition to their current role.

Ann Michael, PHR, obtained their High School Diploma in College Preparatory from Bishop Watterson High School in Columbus, Ohio. Ann then attended Miami University, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Ann'seducation at Miami University also included a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ann has also obtained certifications in the field of human resources. Ann earned their Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2014. In December 2015, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
