Melissa Wilmer

Melissa Wilmer is currently serving as an Inpatient Pharmacy Intern at Nationwide Children's Hospital, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa completed an internship at CVS Pharmacy from January 2024 to May 2024 and participated in the CREATES Fellowship Program at the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center-James Cancer Hospital & Solove Research Institute during the summer of 2023. Additionally, Melissa was a Student Research Assistant at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy from January 2022 to May 2023 and worked as a General Chemistry Demonstration Lab Student Assistant at The Ohio State University from August 2021 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens from May 2021 to August 2021. Melissa Wilmer is pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree at The Ohio State University, expected to graduate in May 2027, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the same institution, earned in May 2024. Melissa completed high school at Oceanside High School, graduating in June 2020.
