Other notable positions include interim Executive Director of People & Culture at ME Bank, General Manager of Culture & Capability at Newcrest Mining, and Head of People & Capability at Schweppes Australia - Asahi Beverages. Alison's extensive expertise encompasses areas such as executive and leadership development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and talent management. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Commerce and a Bachelor of Adult Learning & Development, alongside completion of the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
