Kathrina Jorgensen is a seasoned professional in the veterinary field, currently serving as a Claims Analyst at Nationwide Pet since December 2021. Previously, Kathrina worked as a Contract Pet Underwriter at Pyramid Consulting, Inc., where responsibilities included reviewing insurance applications and veterinary records, documentation, and member communication. Kathrina has also held academic positions, instructing Veterinary Technician Program courses at Stautzenberger College-Maumee, as well as contributing to educational programs at The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium. Prior roles included a registered veterinary technician position at MedVet and a licensed veterinary technician role at Water Gait Veterinary Rehabilitation, where expertise in patient care and rehabilitation was honed. Kathrina holds an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology from Wayne County Community College District and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bowling Green State University.
