Sastry Samavedam

Sastry Samavedam has extensive work experience in the information technology field. Sastry started their career at Covansys in 2003 as a Project Associate and worked there until 2006. Sastry then joined Tekstrom Inc as a Programmer Analyst from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Nationwide and held various roles, including Consultant IT App Development and Information Technology Application Manager. Sastry is currently working at Nationwide Pet as the Director of Software Engineering starting from May 2022.

Sastry Samavedam completed their Bachelor of Sciences in Mathematics from Andhra University from 1993 to 1996. Sastry then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, Sastry Samavedam has obtained multiple certifications, including AWS Essential Training for Architects, Python Essential Training, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team, Charlene Li on Digital Leadership, Developing Executive Presence, Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts, Leading Your Team Through Change, Negotiation Foundations, RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders, The Five-Step Creative Process, and Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity. These certifications were obtained in June and July 2020 from the institution LinkedIn.
