Brad McMartin

Brad McMartin is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in technical writing and customer experience management. Currently serving as Director of Customer Experience and National Customer Service Manager at Nationwide Video since February 2019, Brad also provides freelance writing and consulting services focusing on technical documents. Previously, Brad held various roles at Advanced Service Technologies, including VP of Operations and VP Technical, where leadership extended over 45 corporate staff and approximately 3,000 contracted technicians. Responsibilities included overseeing technology deployments, creating technical documentation, and managing all operational aspects of projects across North and Central America.
