Randy Mach has over 24 years of experience in customer service, internal sales, and project management. Currently serving as a Customer Service representative at Nationwide Video since April 2014, Randy is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and training new staff. Prior experience includes working as an Internal Sales Consultant at Joseph Production, Inc., where Randy managed project aspects, coordinated vendors, and monitored budgets. Earlier, as a Senior Project Manager at Ford Communication Network, Randy oversaw multimedia events, managed billing and inventory, and facilitated training programs. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications Engineering from Eastern Michigan University.
