Deanna Biros

Deanna Biros is an accomplished communications leader with extensive experience at Nationwide since December 1997, currently serving as Sr. AVP, Chief of Staff to the CEO. Proficient in strategic communication planning, Deanna has led initiatives to enhance executive visibility, strengthen corporate culture, and engage employees across various leadership roles, including Associate Vice President positions in CEO and Strategy Communications and Nationwide Financial Communications. Prior to Nationwide, Deanna held communications roles at GatesMcDonald, VOCA Corp., and the Worthington Arts Council. Deanna holds a Master of Science in Management from The American College of Financial Services and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Relations and Speech Communications from Otterbein University.
