Debra L Crum has extensive experience in the insurance and human resources sectors. Currently serving as an Assistant Underwriter in Commercial Lines at Nationwide since July 2019, Debra has demonstrated strong expertise in underwriting practices. Prior to this role, Debra worked at Harleysville Insurance, a subsidiary of Nationwide Insurance Company, since September 1989 as an Executive Assistant, contributing to administrative efficiency and operational support. Earlier in Debra's career, from March 1987 to September 1989, Debra held a Human Resources position at Moyer Packing Company, where foundational skills in personnel management were developed.
