Doug N.

Doug N. has extensive experience in operations management and vendor oversight, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Operations Controls and Vendor Management at Nationwide since January 2007. In this role, Doug N. is responsible for the Bank's operating model, focusing on internal processing and managing outsourced partners, and is accountable to the Bank COO for service quality and performance. Prior to this, Doug N. held the position of Vice President at Nationwide Federal Credit Union from June 1998 to December 2006, where responsibilities included providing back office and administrative support as well as establishing strategic direction for member services.
