Nikki Pampalone

Nikki Pampalone has over two decades of experience in customer experience and information architecture. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Experience at Nationwide since May 2011, Nikki has progressed through various roles including Director of Customer Experience and Director of Experience Strategy. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Information Architect at NavigationArts, where contributions were made to the Smithsonian Commons strategy, as well as roles at Organic, chemistry (Leo Burnett), Hanson Inc., Roman/Peshoff Marketing, and Venzel Communications, Inc. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communication and Marketing from Bowling Green State University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
