Thomas Burns

Thomas Burns has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Auto Operations at the North Carolina Rate Bureau, NC Reinsurance Facility, and NC Insurance Guaranty Association since May 2018. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Director of Personal Lines Underwriting at Nationwide Insurance, where employment began in July 2009. Thomas's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Personal Lines Underwriting at Nationwide Insurance from 2008 to 2009 and working in underwriting at The Auto Club Group from 1997 to 2000.
