Tim Haugen

Tim Haugen has over three decades of experience in technology management and engineering, primarily with Nationwide Insurance since July 1993, where current roles include Technology Product & Engineering Manager and IT Delivery Executive. Responsibilities involve leading engineering teams to develop mobile and collaboration solutions, as well as managing systems engineering teams focused on advanced collaboration services. Previous positions include Systems Administration Manager, overseeing Electronic Communications services for over 50,000 associates, and System Engineer, responsible for designing and implementing email and collaboration solutions.
