Zachary Loes

Vice President, Client Services at Native Digital

Zachary Loes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Zachary is currently working at Native Digital as the Group Director of Client Services. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Client Success at Sifted and a Member at Pavilion.

Zachary also has extensive experience at SMG - Service Management Group. Zachary started as a Project Manager in 2015 and worked their way up to various leadership positions, including Senior Account Manager and eventually Vice President of Customer Engagement. In these roles, they demonstrated skills in building relationships with executive-level clients, leading cross-functional teams, and developing long-term client solutions.

Before joining SMG, Zachary worked at Tria Health as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager. In these roles, they successfully managed client relationships, coordinated communication and deliverables, and contributed to the development of internal software programs.

Zachary Loes pursued their undergraduate studies from 2006 to 2011 at The University of Kansas. Zachary successfully completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Mass Communications during this time.
