Pragya Rathor

Pragya Rathor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pragya'smost recent position was as the Principal of Supply Chain Management & Procurement at Native, where they focused on connecting people and organizations to spur effortless growth. Prior to that, they served as an Associate Director at James Douglas, where they combined business development and relationship building with technology to deliver a comprehensive search and consulting solution. Pragya also worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Michael Page, specializing in recruiting top-tier supply chain talent for various companies across India. Pragya began their career as a Relationship Manager at Marsh India and gained further experience through a summer internship at Sahara Q Shop and a project internship at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.

Pragya Rathor completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai from 2007 to 2011. Pragya then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Mumbai Educational Trust, MET League of Colleges from 2012 to 2014.
