Sneha Kolambkar Bangar has extensive work experience in the fields of talent acquisition and human resources. Sneha currently works at Native as an Associate Director, specializing in Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences. Prior to this, they held the position of Principal at Native. Sneha also worked as an Assistant Vice President at Catenon Singapore and Catenon India. In their earlier career, Sneha held various roles at Native, including Associate Principal, Consultant, and Associate. Additionally, they worked as a Talent Search Consultant at Anther Human Resource Solutions and held managerial positions at Ogilvy & Mather and Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising. Sneha Kolambkar Bangar completed their education with a Bachelors degree in Commerce, specializing in Marketing and Advertising, from Indira College of Commerce, Pune University in 2005. Sneha then pursued a postgraduate diploma in Communication Management/Studies from Indira School of Communication, Pune, graduating in 2007. In 2012, Sneha obtained an Executive MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Prior to their higher education, they completed their HSC from Hislop College of Science, Arts & Commerce, Nagpur in 2001 and SSC from Bishop Cotton School, Nagpur in 1999. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process" from LinkedIn in 2020, "PADI Discover Scuba® Diving" from PADI in 2016, "Reiki 2: Distance Healing Reiki" and "Reiki 1: Touch Healing Reiki" from The Spiritual Company in 2015.
