Rachael Grosskopf has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Rachael began their career in 2006 as a Host and Server at Chili's Bar and Grill. In 2007, they started working for University Cooperative Housing Association as an Office Manager and Accounts Coordinator. Rachael continued in this role until 2008 when they became an Accounts Payable specialist for the same company, where they handled vendor communication, invoicing, and worked on improving procedures. In 2013, Rachael joined U.C.H.A University Cooperative Housing Association as a Food Service Manager and stayed with the company until 2019. Finally, in 2018, they became a Community Manager at NativePath.

Rachael Grosskopf has a diverse education history. Rachael initially attended Santa Monica College, where they obtained an A.A. in Liberal Arts from 2005 to 2008. Later, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies at California State University, Northridge, completing it from 2008 to 2010. Continuing their education, Rachael returned to CSUN and completed their Masters in Science in Recreational Tourism Management starting from 2011. Additionally, they also hold a M.S. and B.A. in Recreational Tourism Management and Communication Studies respectively from CSUN.
