Irakli Buadze has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Irakli began their career in 2020 as a Public Relations Specialist at HRPA • Georgia, where they managed public relations activities. At the same time, they worked as a Project Manager at Home • სათენასავალო, overseeing project operations.

In 2019, Buadze joined Georgian Railway / საქართველოს რკინიგზა as a Corrosion Engineer, where they focused on preventing and mitigating corrosion issues.

Following their interest in business development, Buadze worked at CryptX in 2021, first as a Business Development Specialist and later as a Business Development Team Lead. Irakli played a key role in driving business growth and exploring new opportunities.

Buadze then joined MaxinAI in 2022 and assumed the role of Business Development Manager. Later that year, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the overall operations of the company.

Currently, they are a Business Development Manager at NATIX, a position they assumed in 2023. In this role, they are likely to leverage their experience to identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company.

Irakli Buadze completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from San Diego State University from 2016 to 2020. Irakli then pursued a Master's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at Ilia State University from 2020 to 2022.
