David Giunta

David Giunta is the current President & CEO of US, Natixis Investment Managers at Natixis. Prior to this, they were with PDG Realty, Inc. (Prosperity Development Group) and Peter D. Cummings and Associates, Inc. For 18 years, Giunta served as Executive Vice President / Chief Financial Officer for Cummings, overseeing various commercial and master planned developments.

In 1980, Giunta began their career with Cummings as part of the senior management team. Their responsibilities included Financial Reporting and Control Systems, Project Financing, and Organizational Design & Recruitment. David was also instrumental in the development of older mall properties in Houston and Austin, TX, as well as new community shopping centers in River Oaks, Houston.

From 1990-1995, Giunta served as President and CFO of Southern Realty Group, Inc., during which time they oversaw the development of Martin Downs Master Planned Community - a 2000-acre development in Martin County, FL.

Giunta's extensive experience in Real Estate Development and Management has resulted in their successful career trajectory, culminating in their current role as President & CEO of US, Natixis Investment Managers.

David Giunta received their bachelor’s degree in accounting from Syracuse University. David is also a licensed real estate broker.
