Els van Goethem

Els Van Goethem has extensive experience in facility management and soft services, currently serving as the Head of Soft Services at NATO since September 2016. Prior to this role, Els held the position of Facility Manager at Molenbergnatie from August 2011 to August 2016 and at Facilicom from July 2010 to July 2011. Additionally, Els worked at Pioneer Europe NV from September 2004 to July 2010, focusing on facilities and safety, with responsibilities in contract management and budget oversight. Els began a career at UOP from 1999 to 2004 in project roles. Educational qualifications include a degree in Facility Management from KAHO sl (2008-2009), a Preventive Advisor certification from Syntra Midden Vlaanderen (2014-2015), and studies at HOGENT (1995-1998).
