D. Steven Howell

D. Steven Howell has a diverse and extensive work experience history. D. Steven started their career as a Senior Quality Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. from 1985 to 1994, where they resolved customer complaints and led process improvement teams. D. Steven then joined Anheuser-Busch, where they held various roles for 20 years, including Senior Area Manager and Associate Quality Assurance Manager. During their time at Anheuser-Busch, they led the development and deployment of internal quality systems and trained personnel on statistical training programs. Howell also worked at Metal Container Corporation, where they served as a Design Engineer and Supplier Quality overseer. Additionally, they were involved in the operations of GMP Metal Products as an Engineering/Quality Manager and later as an Interim General Manager. Most recently, they joined Wieland Group as an Operations Manager in the Fabricating department, and they are currently the Director of Quality at Natoli Engineering Company, Inc.

D. Steven Howell received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, where they attended from 1980 to 1985. D. Steven then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Manufacturing Emphasis at Lewis University from 1986 to 1989.

In addition to their degrees, D. Steven Howell has obtained several certifications. D. Steven became a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt and a Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt Trainer at Anheuser-Busch in February 2014. D. Steven also holds a Certified Quality Auditor certification from the American Society of Quality, which they obtained in June 2003. In June 1999, they became an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence. Furthermore, they attained the Certified Reliability Manager certification from the American Society of Quality in October 1998.
