Kay Recede

Kay Recede is a seasoned media professional and educator with a diverse background in journalism and coordination. Currently serving as Coordinator III at Natomas Unified School District since August 2022, Kay previously worked as a Stockton Bureau Reporter for KCRA 3 & My58 Television from January 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities included monitoring and reporting on information for various platforms and conducting interviews with officials. Prior experience includes a reporting role at FOX40 News from October 2014 to January 2021, and positions as MMJ/Weekend Anchor at KTSM-TV/KDBC and MMJ/Fill-in Anchor at KIEM-TV. Kay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, and certificates in Broadcast Journalism and Video Production and Editing from City College of San Francisco.
