Tom Lefever

Tom Lefever is an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager at Natra since January 2013, having held positions as a Productie-ingenieur and Productiechef within the same company. Prior to Natra, Tom worked as a Project en Productie Engineer at Monsanto from October 2005 to December 2012, and as a freelance programmeur from February 2004 to February 2006. Additionally, Tom gained experience as an R&D Engineer at Egemin Automation from September 2004 to October 2005. Tom holds a Master na master in Artificial Intelligence from KU Leuven (2003-2004) and a degree in Burgelijk Ingenieur, Elektrotechniek from the same institution (1998-2003), alongside a foundational education in Latijn-Wiskunde from OLVE.
