Jim Jelincic Jr. has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering and research fields since 2004. Jim began their career as a Laboratory Research Assistant at Stanford University, where they co-authored an academic paper in Advanced Materials. In 2006, they became a Patent Licensing Intern at ZukunftsAgentur Brandenburg GmbH, conducting patent viability research and preparing marketing material for patents. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Research Intern and Staff Scientist at Stion, where they were responsible for process development, materials characterization, failure analysis, device testing, and process scale-up for inorganic thin-film photovoltaic solar cells. From 2009 to 2016, they were a Continuous Improvement Engineer and Pilot Line Operations Manager and Research Engineer at SageGlass. Jim'scurrent role is Senior Process Engineer at Natron Energy, a position they have held since 2021.
