Michele D.

Michele D. has a wealth of work experience in the Human Resources field. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Human Resource Coordinator and Contractor for WageWorks. Michele then moved to Oracle in 2014, where they worked as an HR Strategist and Solutions Specialist until 2017. In 2017, they began working for Guidewire Software as an HR Operations Coordinator. Since 2019, they have been employed at Standard BioTools, where they have held the roles of Sr. Global TA Operations Analyst and Program Specialist, and HR and Talent Operations Analyst. In their roles, Michele has created global policies and procedures, managed vendor RFPs and selections, improved processes, and created reports and dashboards. Michele has also been responsible for immigration, affirmative action/diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and internship programs. Most recently, Michele began working at Natron Energy in 2022 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist.

Michele D. attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, with a minor in Applied Linguistics.
