Tad Schwendler

Tad Schwendler has over 20 years of experience in corporate development, finance, and strategy. In 2000, they began their career as the Director of Finance & Operations for Seven Ten Split, Inc., a start-up digital marketing agency. In 2003, they moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Senior Consultant. In 2005, they joined CACI International, Inc. as the Director of Corporate Development, leading the M&A program and providing strategic finance support. In 2007, they became the Director of Corporate Development for Dex One Corp., executing various acquisition, investment, divestiture, and capital markets transactions. In 2014, they joined MaxPoint as the Senior Director of Corporate Development & Strategy, evaluating, planning, and executing strategic projects to accelerate growth and create value. Tad then joined Cobb Bay Partners, LLC as an Advisor in 2014. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Senior Director of Business Development & Strategy for Valassis Digital, leading strategic projects and business development initiatives. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Owner of AWT Enterprises LLC, a commercial real estate investment and operating company development platform. Tad also worked as an Independent Consultant as a Strategic Development Advisor from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they became the COO & Corporate Development for Natrx | Adaptive Infrastructure.

Tad Schwendler received their MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, with a focus in Finance and General Management. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Economics and History from Tulane University. Tad also attended Marist School.
