Arjuna Bastiampillai

Arjuna Bastiampillai has a diverse work experience history, starting as a Work Experience Placement at BAE Systems in 2011, where they focused on simulations and project management. Arjuna then moved on to Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they enhanced customer relations and technical skills. Subsequently, Arjuna worked as a Customer Service Manager at WESTLAKE GARAGES LIMITED and a Security Team Leader at G4S, gaining experience in customer service, team management, and risk assessment. Arjuna transitioned to NATS in 2015, progressing from a Graduate Systems Engineer to a Systems Engineer, and finally to a Senior Systems Engineer and Flight Data Domain Lead. In these roles, they managed teams, implemented ITIL and service design, and contributed to the transformation of Flight Data systems for managing UK Airspace. Throughout their career, Arjuna has developed strong leadership, teamwork, and engineering skills.

Arjuna Bastiampillai completed their GCSE / GCE at Tiffin School from 2007 to 2013. Arjuna then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Aerospace Engineering (Systems) at the University of the West of England from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained various certifications such as the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and the Certified ScrumMaster credential.
