Jenny Ludford

Jenny Ludford has extensive experience in the field of occupational psychology, starting as a Work Experience Volunteer in the Personnel Department at McCarthy and Stone PLC. Jenny then worked as a Customer Support Assistant at VT Group plc before transitioning to roles at QinetiQ, A&DC Ltd, and Ramsey Hall and the Occupational Psychology Group. In these positions, Jenny focused on designing and delivering assessments, conducting job analyses, and providing psychological expertise for training and development programs. Jenny'smost recent role at NATS involved leading strategic projects, developing training programs for air traffic controllers, and providing coaching and support for organizational performance.

Jenny Ludford completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Southampton from 2002 to 2005. Jenny then pursued a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology at London Metropolitan University from 2006 to 2007.
