Lauren Cutter

Lauren Cutter has extensive experience in talent management and development, currently serving as Head of Talent Management at NATS since May 2018, following roles as Talent Manager, Talent Partner, and Talent & Leadership Development Advisor. Prior to NATS, Lauren was Group Learning & Development Manager at The AA from April 2016 to April 2018, where key achievements included implementing a new Group Learning Management System. Previous experience includes positions at Centrica, such as Learning & Development Advisor for Finance and Resourcing Team support, as well as a role as Co-ordinator for Midstream, Risk & Strategy. Lauren's early career included a position as a Trainee Forensic Psychologist at Parsons Dowd Psychological. Lauren holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Durham and a Postgraduate Diploma in Forensic Psychology from London Metropolitan University.
