Paul Fiolek

Paul Fiolek serves as the Head of Talent Management at LG Electronics since May 2018, where Paul established a cohesive approach to talent management by integrating key functions such as Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Employee Communications. Notable achievements include incorporating AI to enhance operational efficiency, achieving a 60% promotion rate, and implementing DEI initiatives that improved new hire retention. Prior experience includes consulting for Partners International, serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Kantar, Vice President of Human Resources at GfK, and an interim HR Business Partner at Novo Nordisk. Paul also held a significant role at Sony Music Entertainment, where Paul led the merger with BMG Music and created a new organizational structure. Paul holds an MBA in Employee Relations from Rider University.
