Samantha Wallace

Samantha Wallace has been with NATS since September 2010, currently serving as Manager of Service Design and Transition. In this role, Samantha supports the Director of Service Design and Transition, leading the design of operational services and overseeing the delivery of the service transformation portfolio. Prior positions within NATS include Head of Business Management, Business Manager, Manager of Business Support, and Business Specialist, where significant contributions included leading a safety improvement project resulting in a 30% reduction in Aircraft Collision Avoidance System events and achieving a 50% sustainable reduction in non-staff costs. Previous experience includes working as a Personal Assistant to the Director of Technical Services at MCA from April 2005 to April 2007. Samantha's education includes studies at Sparsholt College Hampshire and Sholing Girls' School.
