Matt Hay

Matthew Hay is a Natural Capital Manager at Nattergal Ltd, with previous experience as an Associate at Bidwells and Director at REFORESTING SCOTLAND. Matthew has a background in meteorology, having worked as a Senior Operational Meteorologist for the Met Office and as a military weather forecaster for the Royal Air Force. Matthew also participated in leadership development programs and interned at Mountgrange Investment Management LLP. Matthew holds a Master of Science in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
