Stephen Lake began their work experience in 2012 as the Managing Director of Firefly Advisors, where they provided personal services such as non-executive directorship, mentoring, coaching, workshops, and advisory engagements for various clients. In 2014, they co-founded Common Good Partners and served as the CEO, focusing on incubating and supporting profit-with-purpose impact businesses in Latin America and the UK. During this time, they also started working as the Chair and Interim CEO of Ordnance Survey, a national mapping agency and world leader in geospatial solutions. Additionally, Stephen served as the non-executive chairman of Collision Management Systems, a connected vehicle big data and risk solutions company, from 2018 to 2021.
