Ana Luiza Passador Nogueira is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sourcing and supply chain management across the cosmetic industry. Currently serving as the Raw Ingredients LATAM Manager at Natura since January 2020, Ana has held various leadership roles, including Sourcing Manager and New Product Development Manager, overseeing a multi-cultural team and negotiating finished products for the Avon Fashion & Home brochure in Latin America. With a background at Avon from October 2014 to December 2019, Ana managed sourcing demands on a global scale, negotiated advantageous agreements, and optimized contracts while leading significant process improvements.
