Antônio Luiz Da Cunha Seabra

Antônio founded Natura in 1969. Since then, he has dedicated his efforts to build and develop the company. He started with a small store at Rua Oscar Freire, where he offered personalized consulting services. Five years later, he expanded the reach of his message and products by adopting sales through consultant relationships as Natura’s commercial model. With a B.S. in Economics, Luiz Seabra developed new products, languages and messages for the beauty industry. He has been actively involved in the organization’s transformation into one of the world’s largest cosmetics companies, marked by its strong commitment to ethical conduct and sustainability.
