Guilherme Sprengel

Guilherme Sprengel is an experienced professional in the field of safety management, currently serving as SHE Manager and previously as SHE Coordinator at Natura &Co since September 2019. With a robust background at Natura from June 2015 to March 2024, Guilherme held key roles including Coordenador de segurança and Técnico de segurança do Trabalho III, focusing on safety protocols across various industrial sectors. Prior experience includes work as Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho at Engemet from 2010 to May 2015 and an Administrative Apprentice at Sabesp from May 2008 to May 2010.
