Laura Ferrington

Laura Ferrington is an experienced procurement professional with a diverse background in the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement at Avon since February 2023, Laura has also held the position of Procurement Lead for the APAC Cluster at Natura &Co since April 2020, overseeing procurement across multiple brands in the region. Previous roles include International Sourcing Manager for Asia at The Bodyshop from April 2010 to April 2020, Category Manager at International Cosmetic Suppliers from 2006 to 2010, and Buyer at The Bodyshop from 2003 to 2006. Laura holds a BA in Business & Marketing from the University of Brighton, completed in 2002.
