Kim Brooks-Miller has a long and varied work history. Kim began their career in 1993 as a Board of Directors for the Peoria Art Guild. In 1995, they took on the role of Recruiting Director for AIS. In 1996, they became the Director of Development for the Foster College of Business at Bradley University. In 2000, they were hired as the Corporate Recruiting Manager for Affina. Kim then worked as the Corporate Recruiting Manager for Pella Corporation from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they were the Corporate Recruiting Manager for Vermeer Corporation. In 2010, they became the Owner/President of Healthy Cells Magazine in the Greater Peoria Area, where they remained until 2016. In 2020, they joined Comfort Keepers as a Recruitment Specialist, and in 2021 they began working as the Corporate Recruiter for Natural Fiber Welding.
Kim Brooks-Miller completed their Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and Teaching from Bradley University between 1984 and 1988. No additional education or certifications have been provided.
