Matthew Gifford

Matthew Gifford is an experienced professional in Māori strategy and policy, currently serving as Acting Manager at the Ministry of Justice - New Zealand, and previously held the role of Chief Māori Advisor at the Earthquake Commission. With a comprehensive background in government and consultancy, Matthew has developed and led significant initiatives in various organizations, including the Ministry of Transport, where key contributions included the development of the Māori Strategy, Hei Arataki.
